Delivery is available within specified zones around each of our store locations. Delivery availability can be checked by entering your postcode on our website. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. While we aim to deliver within 30–45 minutes, actual times may vary due to demand, weather, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery charges vary by location and order value. Free delivery may be available on orders exceeding a minimum spend threshold, as displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the order itself is eligible for a refund.
If you choose collection, your order will be prepared at the selected store location. Collection orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of the estimated ready time. Uncollected orders may be discarded and will not be eligible for a refund.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You may cancel an order within 2 minutes of placement through your account dashboard or by contacting the store directly. Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Allergen information for all menu items is available on our website and in-store. While we take every care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchens handle the following allergens: gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, nuts, soya, sesame, and fish. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Our loyalty programme allows registered members to earn 1 point per £1 spent. Points can be redeemed against future orders. Points have no cash value and expire 12 months after they are earned. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with 30 days' notice to members.
